CSI: use released versions of the Kubernetes sidecars #5955
Description
The ControllerModifyVolume support depends on secrets that are passed from the CSI sidecars to the Ceph-CSI driver. Currently there are no CSI sidecar releases that contain this functionality (only in the master branches). Once the CSI sidecars have been released, the canary version should be replaced by appropriate version numbers.
