Video/Audio coding: reassign segment to a different code

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Sometimes I create a segment and realise that I wanted it to be coded under a different code. Currently, this can only be done by selecting a new segment and coding this one instead.

Describe the solution you'd like
Add a "move to code" option on the segment menu.

Describe alternatives you've considered
Select the segment in the segments panel, and the right click on a code to reassign the segment to the new code.

This is in code A/V. yes OK I will look at adding that.
We don't get many users using the A/V coding - in general - how is this going for you?

It's better than doing it in a spreadsheet. I do have a long list of wishes for this feature, and I maybe help programming some of simpler ones. Should I start making issues for triage?

Also for this feature, I can try and do that myself, if you think it should be relatively easy (e.g. copy behaviour from text coding)

Yes make some issues please. Perhaps small batches of issues - too many at once is overwhelming. It takes time to go from issue to actually programming the solution. Make each one as clear as possible, so it is easy to understand what is needed etc.
I do not have a lot of time to do programming. If you think you have the skills to do some simpler changes, then yes - put the issue up, then do a programmed solution - you can do a pull request or email me directly. In the early stages, we will look over your programming a lot to be sure of it.

Also, if editing the GUI files. Make edits in the ui files : src / GUI_UIs using Qt Creator. then convert them to .py files to be placed in src/qualcoder/GUI
