Prepare a lifestyle-foundation topic brief before adding new chapters #4

Description

@casperukee

Several readers expect more guidance on daily health foundations, not only disease management and doctor-visit workflows. This needs a careful brief before entering the main book.

Questions to answer first:

  • What belongs in a long-term health foundation topic, and what would become an unhelpful grab bag?
  • How should exercise, sleep, nutrition, stress regulation, meditation/awareness, and low-risk daily habits be organized?
  • Which parts can be handled as handbook tools vs main-book chapters?
  • What medical boundaries are needed so this does not become individualized lifestyle prescription?

Output:

  • A public topic brief or roadmap note.
  • Clear decision on whether this becomes one flagship chapter, a small series, or handbook-first material.
