Explanation and reference for Bloom's taxonomy

How could the content be improved?

Learners are recommended to look at references for Bloom's taxonomy in Preparing to Teach, but they are not told how Bloom's taxonomy relates to tasks or learning objectives, and they are not given a reference. This is the first and only reference to Bloom's taxonomy in the training.

I suggest we briefly explain (possibly earlier in the episode) how Bloom's taxonomy relates to learning objectives and provide at least one link to a reference where they can look at the verbs and read further.

bloom's used to be more heavily used but was reduced. we should look back through discussions on the 2021 major revision around bloom's to confirm reasoning before we add it back in.

We may also be able to cut Bloom's from IT, as it's really most useful as a tool for curriculum and LO design, which we're not asking instructors for. It's a cleaner fit for CLDT.
