Mobile Tweaks

There are a few cosmetic issues that come up when the website is viewed in a very small window:

• the GitHub ribbon can get placed above a logo or menu item,
• the OSU logo may be placed below the menu, and
• the menu in vertical mode does not look as nice.

In general the site is responsive to all sizes, but fixing these minor issues would help polish things.

My inclination would be to conditionally disable the GitHub ribbon and maybe use the logo-only NASA and OSU graphics on small screens. There's nothing wrong with the menu, but there might be a way to make it look better.

Responsive design mode on Firefox (Ctrl+Shift+M) is helpful for simulating different sizes.
