Manifest bundle creation handling empty files

I discovered that npx capawesome apps:bundles:create --artifact-type manifest fails if any of the files in the directory are empty. The error is "Size in bytes must be provided." It took me awhile, but I finally traced the error to when it does the HTTP POST to capawesome cloud. The only reason this came up is on npx cap sync cordova.js and cordova_plugins.js files are generated and empty in the android and ios folders. I was thinking publishing to capawesome cloud from those folders rather than dist was "more correct" but that could be my mistake.

All that said here are my two questions:

1. Should npx capawesome apps:bundles:create --artifact-type manifest work with empty files?
2. Should I just publish from dist to avoid this issue?

TBH i never thought about this. I will try to add support for empty files.

Yes, you should always just publish the dist folder.
