Update existing Hub-related content

With the Camunda Hub in 8.10, we're merging Web Modeler and Console, redefining terms, and restructuring the UI to accommodate the new vision for collaboration.

Completion criteria

• Update references to Console
• Update references to Process applications
• Update references to Projects
• Add glossary terms for the following concepts:
  • Catalog
  • Project
  • Workspace

Out of scope

• Self-managed configurations, containers, and helm charts
• Adding new content
• Rewriting use guide steps and screenshots to align with the new UI (this will come later)
• Updating Web Modeler terminology
  • Pre 8.10, Web Modeler was its own product with robust features like process applications, Git syncing, etc. In 8.10, The canvas part of Modeler is being used as it was in Web Modeler, but the rest is removed from the modeler into other levels. Some of these concepts, like process applications, are similar to the Web Modeler implementation, so I'll update those. But some concepts remain as part of the modeler. Some are moved to other parts of the Hub. And some functionality may be removed altogether. Additionally, we haven't decided on a name for the canvas part of modeler in the Hub, so it feels like a waste of effort to update it now. We'll update Web Modeler in a more targeted effort in the future.
