Capabilities autotesting to complete

By now the capability coverage is not complete, yet started. SHM, cycles & DMA capa are checked, but we still miss:

• device capa (map/unmap)
  , io capa (mostly gpio related)
• RNG capa (randomness input)
• PM (all power-management related)
