User story documentation pending

Problem description
Required to include documentation regarding user story and use cases. To help scope and focus priorities using repo documentation.

Expected action
Using CAMARA templates, agree a use case description for each API (registration, call-handling, events) and merge into documentation.

This is not a blocking problem, just a documentation improvement.
