Check pico tagging - possibly re-tag all projects

Just before Xmas I added regexes for "Fig. 1" and "Figure 1" etc for malcolm.
To get the counts for these from each project I had to update the pico dictionary for each. In theory this should be fine but there's a chance 1 of them was using an old version of pico dict and IDs have changed.

Have a check of the IDs and make sure they match up. Possibly just re-tag everything
