Test wsgi file methods

• Add unit tests for _modify_wsgi]: Test that _modify_wsgi generates a wsgi.py file with correct template variables (repo_name, django_project_name) and writes it to the expected location.
• Add integration test for wsgi.py file generation: Add a reference wsgi.py file and test that the generated wsgi.py matches expected output after running deploy command.
