Quick Q: does it work on strings that look like API keys?

I was thinking that maybe sometimes an API key might slip in, and it would be cool for Mask to just obfuscate the real key as sk-1234567?

We didn't add a mask for API Keys but this is a good shout - feel free to add one yourself, but if not I might look at it next week!
As for the masking process - yeah, we've got this feedback of using "fake" data instead of just a mask - might be better results for the LLMs, will test it too next week
