Add Get addnodes button to peers page

Expected Behavior

Click on a button,which should show a message box with addnode= conf entries,useful for some coins which have alot of connections to the predefined seeds

Actual Behavior

This functionality doesnt exist in current version,so current behaviour is that it lists peers in the page atm.
