upside-down 2D rendering?

Describe the bug
Why does the image rendered in pyMINFLUX seems up-side down or off the grid compare what I saw in Imspector?

Expected behavior
Isnt the image shown in the Imspector would be the same size fit with image shown in pyMINFLUX?

@mansonmyr Thanks for reporting this. Flipping the axes in 2D is straightforward; the same transformation in 3D requires a bit more care. I will look into it.

I agree with @aarpon that it's important to keep consistency between the 2D and 3D case. This is implemented now (see this commit) and will be part of the next release.
