Created an updated Video tutorial for 2025

I created a Video tutorial since a lot has changed within the custom avatars scene and a lot of tutorials are quite outdated.

I did double check my information is correct and thought that assistants tutorial is good for the idea but the tools have evolved(this is me thinking outload so dont add any of this text and trying to make a contrubution is quite confusing)
