DigitalOcean + Discourse

We're currently paying DigitalOcean which is supposedly host Discourse. We don't need either of these services as far as I know so let's work to shut these down and save some money.

Things we need to do/figure out:

1. Do we have a Bridge Foundry-owned account to DigitalOcean? If so, who has access to this.
2. Where is Discourse being used?
3. Cancel/deactivate services.

Next step:

1. see who has been using it
2. decide if we should keep it

• if keeping: turn on https, communicate its existence more widely?
• if not, notify people? then turn it off
