Hone CSS purging

Info:

• Svelte already purges unused CSS from .svelte files.
• This project already purges Tailwind CSS.

Goal:

• Understand requirements to purge from .css files without being too aggressive and if this is really needed.
• Check css hashing and see if s-{componentName} is a good hash.
