Goal

Choose the cleanest repo structure for making the Case Box prototype the next public build without dragging in private concept materials.

Tasks

• Decide whether to migrate the local Case Box scaffold into the current app or publish it as a distinct prototype directory/app.
• Keep the public surface small and understandable.
• Preserve the existing Archive Hub work as reference or later campaign shell.
• Document the chosen structure in the README.

Acceptance criteria

• The repo has a clear entry point for the public prototype.
• The Case Box experience can be run by a tester without understanding the whole project history.
• Private source materials remain outside the repo boundary.

Implemented in draft PR #14. Decision: add the Case Box as a standalone public prototype folder, Case Box 001 - The Creator Who Left But Kept Posting/, and make it the recommended public entry in the README while preserving the Archive Hub as the broader campaign shell.
