always uses activate Python

I encounter the same issue as #90.

If I use conda, then i got error; else if i deactivate conda, then normal.

  File "/usr/lib/howdy/compare.py", line 18, in <module>
    import dlib
ModuleNotFoundError: No module named 'dlib'

I know it has been solved years ago, but I still got this bug in Howdy 3.0.0 BETA.

Linux distribution (if applicable): Ubuntu 24.04 / Zorin18

Howdy version (sudo howdy version): Howdy 3.0.0 BETA

I create a soft link /usr/bin/python -> /usr/bin/python3. not working still

At the first line of compare.py in 3.0.0 BETA, I found #!/usr/bin/env python3, but changing it to #!/usr/bin/python3 is not helping.
I know this soft strategy plays a vital role to run howdy well at all Linux distribution. Could it be possible to add an option in howdy config to enable forcefully specifying the python interpreter.
