Turn off `no-restricted-syntax` for iterators/generators

iterators/generators require regenerator-runtime, which is too heavyweight for this guide to allow them. Separately, loops should be avoided in favor of array iterations.eslint[no-restricted-syntax](https://eslint.org/docs/latest/rules/no-restricted-syntax)

I believe this is coming from airbnb config. It is hugely outdated and should just be switched off.

Seemingly 93.55% of browsers support it natively and its suboptimal to turn it off in every project.
