Occurs regularly during debugging.

1. Create an account, for instance for a test server.
2. CalDAV / CardDAV services are refreshing, progress bars are moving.
3. However when the service detection is finished, the calendars are sometimes not shown.
4. If I leave the account view and enter it again, calendars are shown.

Instead, calendars should be shown as soon as they're detected (added to the database).
