master link copy error

Thanks to the whole team for this fantastic project.
However I am unable to make a copy of the project (source code) to implement it in eclipse
As an example here is an error message:
$ git clone https://github.com/billchen198318/bamboobsc.git
Cloning into 'bamboobsc' ...
fatal: unable to access 'https://github.com/billchen198318/bamboobsc.git/': Fail
ed to connect to github.com port 443 after 21259 ms: Timed out

Similar problem when I want to download the zip file https://github.com/billchen198318/bamboobsc/archive/refs/heads/master.zip

Please, any solution?
