When clicking the "Accept Invitation" getting redirected to Login page instead of create or register password page

After clicking that button instead of being redirected to a page where the invited user sets up their password, they're being redirected to the login page/home page. This also happens when you click the "Verify Email Address" button when signing up.
Is this a bug or is this the normal response.
