Cannot freeze the map

Describe the bug
(I apologize if the issue is already known of and in middle of fixing)
I cannot use the freeze map function, it says sysbotbase 1.7 is required; however, installing it makes Atmosphere crush so I reverted to the latest version

To reproduce

• button > Map Tools > Value Freeze

Expected behaviour
The freeze function to show up on screen
