- Allow users to save custom measures (Saveable measures #952)
- Use of codelists as measure definitions (Codelist export/import for Analyse page? #3948)
- Allow users to include/exclude closed practice (Closed practices being displayed in "compare all practices in a CCG" #2722, Decide whether to include closed practices in practice-level measures/analyses #957, Dormant practice email alerts #3575)
- Have user registration to manage all this (User Registration? #3947)
- Allow users to select e.g. multiple practices ins a ICB for email alerts (Create practice-level alerts across CCGs #864)
