refactor: complete rename agent-lens → pawscope

- Workspace crates: agent-lens-{core,copilot,claude,codex,server}
  → pawscope-{core,copilot,claude,codex,server} (directories + Cargo.toml
  package names + all Rust use-statements + path = lines).
- Binary: agent-lens → pawscope (run with `./target/release/pawscope serve`).
- Web package name + e2e screenshot path + LICENSE header + README all
  updated.
- localStorage migration in main.tsx: one-shot copy of
  agent-lens.{theme,lang,skills.collapsed} → pawscope.* on first load,
  then deletes the old keys, so existing users keep their preferences.

Verified: cargo build --release succeeds, server serves on :7777,
/api/sessions returns 200.
