Support for Multiple Currency Symbols and Selection Mechanism

Currently, the currency-symbol-map library provides a single symbol for each currency. 
However, some currencies, such as the Hong Kong Dollar (HKD), can use multiple symbols (e.g., "$" and "HK$"). 
It would be beneficial to enhance the library to support multiple symbols and provide a mechanism for users to select the desired symbol.
