Create a standard way of tracking websites we can archive successully #340

Perhaps the best place for this is each module's manifest file, the goal is that the documentation is always updated with the list of websites/pages we can succesfully archive, eg:

A rough example of the resulting documentation being:

  Video Image Text only post Sensitive content graphic content
Twitter generic_extractor twitter_api_extractor, wacz, antibot, ... twitter_api_extractor, wacz, antibot, ... generic_extractor twitter_api_extractor
Instagram generic_extractor, instagram_api_extractor instagram_api_extractor, wacz instagram_api_extractor, wacz instagram_api_extractor, wacz not applicable...
... ...        

An added benefit is knowing whether that feature is currently in the download tests or not.
