Wouldn't it be good to add more detailed battery information on following lines ?

BATTERY_STATUS_DISCHARGING (0x00000003)
BATTERY_STATUS_NOT_CHARGING (0x00000004)

With respect to health in battery information, the definition of value is as follows,
