To isolate where the slowdown is occurring, why not check the throughput between your PC and the 918+? For that, using iperf is highly recommended. |

I successfully set up the driver and adapter with my 918+ on DSM7.2.1. I have speedtest tracker set up and have been getting almost the full 2.5Gbps speeds up and down for months. Then 1 day it just dropped and now I only get about 2Gbps or less, typically in the 1.5Gbps to 1.9Gbps range.
I don't recall making updates on this day (it was almost 2 months ago, I only noticed this now). I've restarted everything, unplugged the dongle, restarted the NAS, I've verified my connection at the provider box is getting just over 3Gbps. I completely re-installed Speedtest tracker in a new container, I've also tried "MySpeed".
However it doesn't change anything, I just can't reach those speeds any longer, it's consistent, just consistently lower than it use to be. I restarted the router, the gateway (Omada ER707-M2). I haven't changed anything physically. It shows a 2500mbps connection in the control panel. Not sure what else to check, any suggestions?
