Problem
In the Basic Memory app team/member management view, deactivated members are shown inline with active members by default. This makes the current team list noisier than it needs to be, especially when a deactivated account is only relevant occasionally for audit/history or reactivation.
Paul suggested: "make an issue to hide deactivated, we can do progressive disclosure."
Proposed behavior
- Hide deactivated members from the default Members list.
- Keep active members visible as the primary list.
- Add progressive disclosure for deactivated members, such as a collapsed "Deactivated members" section, a "Show deactivated" control, or a filter/toggle.
- Preserve the ability to reactivate a deactivated member once the hidden section/filter is revealed.
Acceptance criteria
- Deactivated members do not appear inline in the default members view.
- Users can intentionally reveal deactivated members when needed.
- Reactivation remains available from the revealed deactivated-member state.
- The Invitations tab and invite-member flow are unchanged.
Context
This is for the Basic Memory app, not the marketing site. The motivating UI is the Members tab where an active owner and a deactivated editor currently appear in the same default list.
