The "page not found" for "system/transliterate" path

Description of the bug

• On a fresh Backdrop setup, go to admin/structure/views/add and change an option in the "Show" drop-down
• Now open admin/reports/dblog and you will notice two new log entries with the same content:

Thanks for the report! I was able to reproduce the issue on the mentioned demo site (which runs on Backdrop 1.33.1) and my an own test site (Backdrop 1.33.0).
