Expose the current event as a filter criteria for Views

We have a few views such as the Users list of flagged topics or the Admin list of registrations where it would be useful if we could set the current event as a filter criteria so these views can automatically show the current event rather than needing to be manually updated.

There is code in the module to update all* the views (on submit) when the current event is updated. Maybe we should expose the list of views there so that when we find one like this, we can verify it's on that list. It's possible people are adding views and the module isn't being updated to match.

The Admin list of registrations should be attached to the registration node (and that isn't a view anyway) so I don't think there's any way that could be the wrong year. Are you talking about this list? https://events.backdropcms.org/node/502/registrations
