Locally reference the entire SchemaStore.

Due to my regional network issues, loading SchemaStore after opening a JSON file can sometimes be very slow.

Is it possible to clone SchemaStore locally and configure the plugin to use the repository's address as an offline version?

Currently only specify overwrites on a file-by-file basis.
