[HoF] [Quest] Quel'Delar freeze

Current Behaviour

In the quest "Hall of Reflections" id: 24480, after the Quel'Delar scene script: id 37158, it does not descend to fight, but simply freezes in place in the air.

Expected Behaviour

Quel'Delar descends from above and starts fighting the player

3. Try complete quest
