Use of ADOT collector in Production?

Describe the question

AWS Otel docs states that AWS Distro for OpenTelemetry is a secure, production-ready, AWS-supported distribution of the OpenTelemetry project, but most of the components of the AWS ADOT collector are in beta stage, does the community recommends the use of the ADOT Collector in production with its current component state that is mostly in beta or less.

What did you expect to see?
Should we use the Adot collector in production environments?

We want use the ADOT collector for ECS(Ec2,Fargate), EKS, Aws lambda
