Decouple the RF I/O from the GUI

Move all RF I/O code to a new cog. This should help reduce any significant effect to one another to a minimum, as well as possibly improve overall performance. (see branch gui_decouple)

started with cc1101:

• moved radio configuration in RAM to a structure. A few parameters have LUTs added as well (gain stages, receive bw), so there's also a lut index member for those. Tested with an SX1276 sending a packet every second, this seems to have gotten rid of the visual "staircase" issue in the waterfall that was until this point effectively a showstopper.
