Support loading of Tiled Galleries from JetPack

When loading posts that display a gallery using Tiled Galleries from JetPack, the CSS and JavaScript is not loaded if not loaded before.

If the JavaScript is loaded before it does not trigger when loading another post with a gallery.

More research is required.
