Problem with MIDI files

Hello , I am a big fan of Audacity and now I have found out that you can read midi files by choosing the device to send midi data to.

This is a great tool for learning how Classical Midi Files are arranged (symphonies ..)

I had a little trouble at first to find how to solo multiple tracks at once but now I have got it

My concern is about the reading head (little green triangle at the top of the track view when I want to position it in the file Audacity crashes.

I tried with very small midi files and the problem occurs also

I am French so my English is maybe a little strange

MIDI support is rather broken at the moment. It is scheduled for replacement in the Audacity 4 series.
