Contributions to ec_preconfig_template.jinja2

Hi HPE Aruba Team,

First off, thank you for all of this code, is making my life so much easier with multiple EdgeConnect rollouts!

Part of the work I'm doing requires expanding the ec_preconfig_template.jinja2 , in particular adding LAN sub-interfaces & DHCP scopes. Should I contribute these changes to the repo, or is the intent to keep the 'template' version as simplified as possible?
