Artisan not running

I have been using V3.2.0 on Linux Lite 7, but found that the designer was broken, so installed V4.0.2, but it would not run. Tried V3.4.0 but it would not run either. I have installed the latest updates for Linux Lite 7

What is the output of running the following (with out the leading #) in a terminal

# /usr/share/artisan/artisan

This is the output:
Incompatible processor. This Qt build requires the following features:
ssse3 sse4.1 sse4.2 popcnt

Looks like I need a new CPU
