Stop Following FAN Profile at DROP and COOL END

Hello,
Currently, when I am roasting using the PID, Artisan follows a Background roast profile that includes a predefined FAN curve. Artisan continues to follow the FAN profile even after I press DROP and during the cooling phase. If I stop it manually, it starts running again.
To stop it permanently, I have to go to Roast → Profile Background → uncheck “Playback Events.”
What I would like is:
At DROP, the FAN profile should stop being controlled by the roast profile.
During cooling, I would like to manually control the fan speed (or have a fixed predefined cooling value), without Artisan continuing to apply the FAN profile curve.
At COOL END, the FAN control should remain manual (or turn off) and not resume any stored profile behavior.
Is there a setting or event action that allows disabling the FAN profile control after DROP?
Or would this require a feature request?
For context, I am using a custom roaster controlled via TC4+/ESP32, and the fan speed is managed via serial commands from Artisan. I am using an ESC with a 12V brushless motor (RC airplane motor). My roaster is a 100g fluid-bed roaster built from a popcorn machine.

Use the ArtisanCommands playbackmode(<int>)and playback(n,<bool>) to control playback. All available button actions are described in the app in the Help dialog (press button Help in the Buttons tab of the Events dialog (menu Config >> Events).

Thank you very much, it worked! Now I apologize but I have to ask something else, how do I also associate "heat 0" with this command?
I tried with "Artisan Command: PlaybackMode(0); write(HEAT 0); or write(0T1;0) unfortunately nothing works... I would like to push the drop button then the pid stop, heat turn off and the FAN stop playback and run at a speed I set previously.

Starting from the setup in your first post here, replace Serial Command by Multiple Event of the DROP and COOL END actions as you don't want to send out a command via the serial port, but rather trigger multiple event buttons, specified by those command argument 6,8,9 and 3,8.

To turn also the event playback OFF, just add another button 10 (you can turn its visibility OFF to hide it from the UI if needed) with action type Artisan Command and command argument playbackmode(0). To trigger this along the DROP click, change the command argument of the DROP button from 6,8,9 to 6,8,9,10.
