Changing temperature readings accuracy from tenths to integers

Does changing temperature accuracy from tenths of a degree to integer values change data results?

Specifically, since I changed it, FC temperatures are about 10F lower than usual for my last few roasts. I use the Symb ET/BT to adjust ET and BT with 1.09*x-5 on the Hottop 2k+.

Is this just an anomaly or something else? TIA.

The number of decimal places you set in the UI tab does not influence the sampled data in any way. This is a display-only thing and only influences rendering. Note that the Hottop does not return any decimals anyhow.
