Whether to enable "Start PID on CHARGE" depends on your automated process design:
Fully automatic temperature-controlled roasting → usually enable it.
Need precise control of cooling timing (especially immediate cooling after DROP) → may need to disable it to prevent the PID from delaying heating shutdown or interfering with the cooling signal.
If you are using the Kaleido M2 Sniper and wish to optimize the automatic cooling response, it is recommended to combine the Artisan alarm system to trigger the control fan in advance based on temperature, instead of relying on the DROP Event status.
