Encrypted backup: when one perform a restore a password is required

A new privacy feature would be encrypted backup so that even if I forgot it in a shared computer (university, it is just an example) it isn't openable without its password. Encryption is optional, so that the user can choose among encrypted backup or a clear one.

Yeah need to work more on the backup & restore feature.
Right now it's not compatible.
