Feature Request: Link to Federation Version Changelog from "Update Available" notice #296
Description
In the Graph Settings screen it informs users that there is a new federation version available but no links to any useful resources about what is in the new version.
It would be really useful if somewhere in this dialog it contained a link to https://www.apollographql.com/docs/graphos/reference/federation/versions
Finding that page isn't the easiest things when navigating the docs unless you really remember where to go. In general the changelog is not something that is frequented so it makes sense that it doesn't have super high prominence in the documentation, but in the context of an update being available it is a valuable resource.
