add 9.x version support for Elasticsearch, including 9.2.2

Migration from opensearch to elasticsearch implies upgrade.

If this is a new feature, please describe the motivation and goals.
Recently we've been investigating kubeblocks as a solution for Elasticsearch. We are using elasticsearch 9 now, maybe upgrade to 9.2 in the future, Add 9.x support will make things easy. ☺

ES 9.x is not planned for the moment.
It will cost us some time to check the compatibliliby of es 9.x with es 8.x, as it is a major version.
