Server_log.txt questions? #22

So this is not actually related to this package but I can't seem to find anywhere on the internet where anyone references this except this git repo. I am doing some research on the server_log.txt file for dota and I am wondering one thing
This is an expert from a log

I understand everything in this except the first bit "A:1:3453375493:11109" I know that it is something relating to the server but I cant tell what.... its not an ip4 address, its not an ipv6 address. Does anyone know what that is and what it denotes? Any info would be awesome.
