Blog nav and footer missing Careers link

Description

We currently maintain two “shared” home footers in different rendering layers. The ERB footer conditionally shows Careers behind Feature.active?(:career_pages), but the React footer used by blog pages did not include this link. As a result, Careers appeared on non-Inertia pages but not on blog pages.

Expected

Careers visibility should be consistent across both footer implementations.

Hi @4arjun , I’d like to work on this issue.

From what I understand, the React footer used on blog pages doesn’t include the Careers link, while the ERB footer conditionally renders it via Feature.active?(:career_pages).

I’m planning to align the React footer implementation to ensure consistent behavior.

Please let me know if that approach sounds good.

The issue exists in the navbar as well. Please add the Careers link to the navbar as well

I’ve opened a PR with the fix here: #3593

It adds the Careers link to the Blog Nav and Footer.
Please let me know if any changes are needed.
