Problem with "> 2-dimensional partitioning"

I want to obtain the CKKS IR when the number of slots and the polynomial degree are small. However, if I set VEC:ms to 16384, ACE returns an error:
"TODO: H > 2-dimensional partitioning".
How can I avoid this situation when the degree and number of slots are small? I only need to get the CKKS IR.

model is alexnet_imagenet.onnx
